As of 25 May 2018, the protection of personal data of natural persons in the European Union will be subject to new rules.
These new rules are based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").
The Regulation will be directly applicable in all European Union countries and will redefine the rights of data subjects and the obligations of administrators and processors.

The purpose of processing your personal data is to be able to deliver the ordered food to you via the IT system created by Skubacz.pl Sp. z o.o., also operating under the Restaumatic.com brand, as well as to organize delivery and online payments.
We also process your personal data to inform you about our offer, promotions, special discounts on our food, i.e. for the purpose of direct marketing of our products via the above-mentioned IT service and/or other systems integrated with the Skubacz.pl/Restaumatic.com system.
Additionally, we process your personal data for statistical and archival purposes, e.g. transaction history.
The above processing is based on your consent to such processing, as well as the legally justified purpose of the administrator, which is the marketing of its own products. If you order food from us, the legal basis for such processing will also be the agreement that connects us.
Your data may be transferred to other entities such as: Skubacz.pl Sp. z o.o., food suppliers, institutions handling online payments, companies that help us maintain our website (e.g.: providing hosting, e-mail, access to the Internet, etc.).
You can revoke your consent to the processing of Personal Data for direct marketing purposes at any time by clicking on the appropriate link placed directly in each marketing e-mail from us, by sending us an e-mail, by sending an SMS or in person at the registered office or company premises.
You have the right to receive information free of charge regarding the processing of your personal data, the right to access your personal data, the right to correct incorrect personal data, the right to restrict (block) the processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, the right to have your personal data deleted, especially if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained or otherwise processed or if you have revoked your consent to their processing and if there is no other legal basis for the processing or if the personal data were processed illegally, the right to data portability, i.e. you have the right to obtain the personal data that you have voluntarily provided to us in electronic form, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and in this connection you can use your right to transmit this data to another controller, if such transmission is technically possible.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data (i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
